By accessing or uploading content to TellPaste (tellsecret.net), you agree to comply with these terms.

Zero Tolerance: Malware, stolen credentials, ransomware payloads, phishing links, and illegal content are strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately upon detection or report.

1. Prohibited Content

You may NOT use TellPaste to host, link to, or share:

Viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or malicious code payloads.
Stolen personal identification data, leaked passwords, or credit card dumps (doxxing).
Phishing kits, deceptive financial schemes, or scam materials.
Child exploitation material or non-consensual media.
Copyright-infringing software builds or pirated material.

2. Service Abuse & Limits

Automated spamming, bot attacks, or attempting to bypass upload limits (10 MB per file) is forbidden. We reserve the right to rate-limit or block specific IP subnets to preserve service stability.

3. Content Moderation & Abuse Reporting

We provide in-app Report buttons on all pastes and files. Reported items are flagged for staff review. We reserve the right to remove any file or paste at our sole discretion without notice.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

TellPaste is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for lost pastes, corrupted file uploads, or harm resulting from third-party content downloaded via the service.
